Oh shit. This may be the blow that will actually end her run for President. In addition to reassuring all the pro-Trumpers about Clinton's poor health and figuratively punching everyone who was mocking them in the face, it will also force her to reduce her campaign activity, or suffer nasty health consequences.

And it came at 9/11, too! What an awful luck.

I think it depends on how fast she can recover. If she's still in bad shape when the debate roll around, than things could go really, really badly.

Yeah, but being visibly sick will be really bad for how she looks in the debate, not to mention the actual effects of the disease. It might still be survivable, Trump being Trump, but I'm still hoping that she recovers before the debates start.

I was thinking more along the lines of Eisenhower or FDR (although afaik FDR's health problems were never especially public until his death).

Her pneumonia was apparently diagnosed on Friday, so she's probably had it for a little while at least and this is the first we're seeing it visibly affect her. She is, by all accounts, a person of intense self-control, so I imagine chances are good she'll be at least visibly okay by debate time.

This'll inflame the conspiracy theorists, but they've been oh-so-worried about her health since at least the 2012 concussion, so it was inevitable that eventually something would come along to "prove" them right.

If Trump has a heart attack, and Clinton's pneumonia becomes severe enough that she dies or is too incapacitated to serve as president, do we end up voting between vice presidents, or just immediately descend into civil war?

Funny thing is that Reaper's Due was just added to Crusader Kings, and that largely added the concept of getting sick and having to decide if you want to stay in bed for a month or risk dying but also keep control of the state.
