You have a pet peeve about people reading shit into your words, well now you're doing the same thing.

This is what pisses me off.  When I post anything Mainiac disagrees with he either taunts me into overstating my position, or attacks me over things I didn't say.  If I defend myself, he just makes YUGE snarky text walls demanding proof of every minute point, and making further baseless accusations that I'd need to counter (Despite going full-asshole if anyone does the same to him).  My choice is either to clog the thread with an exponentially expanding text wall over an initially tiny issue, or throw up my hands and let him "win". 

So I don't engage him anymore.  He doesn't argue in good faith, which most people have already noticed, which is why he's banned in the thread title.  This thread has been full of silly "Clinton is teh devil!!" for a long time, and I can see why that would be frustrating as an outnumbered supporter, but it's no reason to turn into an asshole.

But if we don't engage him in argument mode, he does make insightful posts in my opinion.  I want more of that and less petty BS.  So just don't let him drag you into a fight.  If he makes a moronic attack, ignore it, is my advice.
