You guys need to read the posts a little more thoroughly before posting.

Watching the stream, the guy is currently trying to round a corner because the windows above him have police waiting for him. It's expected to rain (Thunder, actually), so if this guy is still here in a few hours, he may have a problem on his hands.

EDIT: I have to leave for a while. I hope he's not dead when I get back. I need to know why.

They got him through the window and detached his equipment. Getting those suction cups off is going to be a bit of a hassle, or maybe just remove the window from inside.
