How can you get oyur visitors to rent a bed ?
if i jsut assign a bed to an in no one will ever enter the room, if i include the room with the meeting area zone peopl will run around the rooms all the time

How can you get oyur visitors to rent a bed ?

AFAIK, the random visitors won't ever rent a bed.  If you grant petitions, the long-term residents will rent a bed, assuming there are free beds available.

All you need to do is:
1) Make a bedroom.
2) Assign it to your inn (using the locations option).  Note that it does not have to be included in the zone.
3) Grant a petition.
4) Eventually your new resident will take the room.

Ah, thats why
Most of the time i just gave one of my long term residents a room
