Another god may thus simply smite a Bound deity with a number of Acts equal to the invested Acts.
-The number of Invested Acts also represents the maximum Acts a Bound can have at any one time.
Everything is terrible

Do these rules apply this turn or the next?

I'm not sure if these will actually go into the game yet, just so you know. Its just that what being Bound does is so vague.

Do these rules apply this turn or the next?

Next if they go through.

EDIT: Actually maybe its better to shelve those plans for the next game so that no one is affected. Ehhh

My only other criticism is that the accord to influence conversion ratio is too inefficient.

Well you aren't going to see how they work unless you try them. I'd say slap them in game. They'd actually give a downside to being bound that just doesn't seem present.

Honestly, apart from the pop to act ratio for standard races, the changes seem all good. (Having acts create ten pops compared to the mighty act's three does mean there is a variation between quantity and quality.) I'll also echo DS' bit about accord to influence being a little low but that may just be to how powerful influencing reality at it's core can be.

Those downsides are downright game breaking.

Only if you skimped on putting acts into a bound body, because otherwise there is no downside to being bound.

But I did skimp on putting acts into a bound body, as did the other bound God, because there was no reason to put more than one act into it -- it is a significantly riskier proposition for us, seeing as we are actually affected.

I guess there is a good incentive to do now isn't there? Besides, I'm fairly certain that there's nothing stopping any of the bound boosting their forms this turn.

That's like asking a man to stand under a twelve ton weight supported by a pencil thin pillar under the presumption that he can reinforce it

And naturally the strategical process for becoming bound is going to differ based on whether or not these rules are in place

Well if that pillar is able to support the weight... :P

But as I said, there's no downside to being bound at the moment, and they have several advantages over being unbound.
