The only dead soul you'll have is your own at this rate. Go make the netherworld or whatever without trying to screw up the planet monumentally. We've already had one cataclysm and we don't need a second.

Not as far as we can tell. Just be wary of being smited by an unbound god.

Also, if there's no objections I'll be the RP icebreaker.

I believe the divinity limitation in being Bound is that you earn Acts at half the normal rate, not that you can't spend them effectively once you've got them.

Also, this seems to be continuing the pattern of Chaos never really working very well as a sphere. It always seems to either mean "I mess with other peoples' stuff for no particular purpose" or as a stand-in for being evil, as seems to be the case with Larxus here.

See the problem is that you're going to have everyone gunning for you by doing this. That's not going to be... productive to getting worshippers. Besides, four acts, four mortal races. Much easier time of getting more power and it doesn't start blowing everyone up.

EDIT: Snow dwarf, Radgorix has a full act, not a minor one. You got more of the divine stuff to throw around.
