I have a question!

we need a mighty act to make a world right?

instead of a full fledged world could I say... make a large landmass (maybe the size of a small state or something) just kinda floating in space and give it an atmosphere, with an act?

Name: Grektigei
Sphere: Heroes
Appearance: Grektigei appears as a figure clad entirely in pearl white armor, to the point that all of his features and appearance are completely obscured by the armor. There are large flaps of armor on hissides that might contain something like wings.
Personality: Grektigei can be awfully inscrutable, especially to the other gods -- he or it isn't particularly inclined to share information with other deities, and the few things Grektigei DOES say tend to be something along the lines of karma. What Grektigei does most certainly do it let actions speak. Grektigei is not afraid to act in even the most menial or humiliating of ways in order to get done what he thinks needs to be done. He is relatively benign, but he isn't precisely afraid of ignoring other gods totally in the pursuit of his goals. Despite this, he isn't terribly individualistic, and views himself as the enforcer of something rather than much of a being himself, even though this isn't actually true.
Description: Karma. It is the concept Grektigei is based around, totally and utterly. Good deeds will receive good rewards, commensurate with the magnitude of the good deed, and evildoers will have punishment dealt onto them in some way in the end. It is a requirement. And heroes shall exist to make this karma come to be. This is how it shall be.

For making oneself Bound, does that mean you enter the world as a powerful avatar, but with zero immediate acts?  Also, is there any way to reverse being Bound?

Yes and yes although the way one is Bound might just make you weaker..

Now that actual matter, more or less is being created, are we as gods separate from the physical realm?  As in we can't physically move anything apart from actual Deific Acts?

You can try to do something with Actions but you're limited to 1 per turn.
