Has anyone heard from onemoreminer? From their profile, they haven't been online since the July 25 post.

I messaged Spriggans to ask, and didn't hear anything back. They appear to be on the forum daily, so I guess they just decided to start ignoring this fort?

My vote would be to move on to the next non-repeat player, and push for more players, if it comes back to life!

That totally happens to me, too. Maybe I failed to send it correctly, too?

Anyway, onemoreminer hasn't logged in since they downloaded the fort. I hope the fort didn't somehow kill its player!

Who's brave enough to take the next turn? I nominate Fleeting Frames!

Mm. Not sure. Though Gwolfski should be next by list (again).

Looking around the save on OP, few things I note, though.

The military could be really lazy.

Thankfully, they aren't:

Dwarves are generally happy (3 children at bottom not included]

Well, they're mostly socializing, praying. Speaking of which:

Remember the careful and intricate minecart grinder defence?

The levers are uh...Kind of far away. 26 tiles from first doggy versus ~ 75 tiles from center of tavern. Curse of multiple overseers, I suppose.

Not that it matters much with caravan bridge being down.

Though, on the bright side, there's steel materials (that military isn't wearing yet). Fire clay, sand, too, embark is resource-rich.  Nothing new, more forgotten old on that note. Well, the thread isn't that long.

Heeehee. The Naked Suicide Squad. An elite military unit whose duties consist primarily of stripping off all clothing and carefully inspecting bridges for possible work-site hazards.

Well, you could make it live for more than few days by taking a turn. Want to, though?

(at least by now there's unstable mostly-working (hopefully) dfhack working with 43.05)

And Therapist, too! This challenge was particularly hurt by the lack of Therapist.

Take a turn, Imic!!

I only know the existence of DT 43.05 32 bit windows mode and 32/64 OSX. Hence, dwarf manipulator (running on linux atm.)

Though, I'd say this challenge is particularly suitable for lack of Dwarf Therapist, if properly documented, as noting of 1 dwarf and 1 job doesn't take long.

IT'S ALIVE!!!
...
Is Erin Quill ever going to get added? I want to see what happens, what all the ways are that the dorfs can heap abuse on top of the human trader. :D

Glass is, as usual, correct.
Yep, as ever, I bestow upon Glass the expected +1
I'm gonna say we go with whatever Glass's idea is.

If they show up, of course. Humans and elves are at war, currently.

Erin is the trader. Also, a part-time mad scientist. See Communist Blazecooks for details. :D
