Once a creature loses a [THOUGHT] or [UPPERBODY]/[LOWERBODY] bodypart, it dies.
Yet funnily, it means chopping a head off is not lethal, while pinching the brain is.

So cutting a lower body will always be fatal. Chopping a head won't. Bruising the brain of one head will be.

While violence and alcohol are frowned upon in human families, it is considered the best way to ensure a properly neurotic alcohol abusing dorf.

Well to be completely honest The Master didn't actually attack her baby; I just wanted an excuse to post Umineko maymays :p  Still, his dorf's definitely in the running for Mother Of The Year.

Eh, as usual, looks rather wonky. I tried at least. Should've probably added colours.

That we can, if we can ever catch them. Those are flying monsters, after all.

I was wondering that as well. I understand wanting to get rid of the dozens of bird species choking up everything, but why specifically peregrines?

I was trying to get rid of most birds in general that could be encountered in a forested area, because them being around means no harpies or the like. You know, those things that used to be a beloved sight in evil biomes.
