I'm split between fearing the spiciness of the proper stuff but being disappointed in the bottle sauce kind. Curried egg sandwiches are great too, using curry powder.

Curry is great. Amazing. Every kind.

I made a coconut chicken curry tonight, cause of this thread. :)
It was delicious. Very spicy, too spicy for my GF

Are we including Tim Curry experiences?

All types of curry is great. Including that one with the pumpkins my bro made.

That said, I've been meaning to try making Japanese curries at some point. This recipe looks great: http://norecipes.com/recipe/japanese-curry-scratch

Curry is fucking delicious, if a tad spicy for my delicate American tongue. Tim Curry doubly so.

Another excellent suggestion is curried tuna. When I was in undergrad, there was a place that made a curried tuna sandwich that was to die for.

Also, adding curry powder to a mix of mayonnaise and sour cream makes a great quick dip for chips, veggies, etc. Maybe add a small bit of lemon juice with it too.

Curry's alright, not my favourite food but not my least favourite either. Spicy curry's not great though, I like eating food that isn't hot enough to warm a small house.
