I've not looked at this plan at all, but a 33% chance to hit can't possibly be worthwhile using a dance if you guys are trying to do some optimal routine here or something.

Not exactly, but Jann should be at the front, Iris should remain on her pillar, and dancing any of the ranged folks will necessitate attacking a ranged opponent, who will counter and likely deal a lot of damage. The only other move I see is dancing Malcom to do some more healing, which could be useful if given to Iris.
