Niamh from Xin's game. He's currently working on another one for me, but he'll give you a sketch and ask if you want changes, then show ink, then flat color, then full shade color like above with the ability to change stuff as things go if you don't like how it came out. I'm not sure how much planning we're doing or if we're doing any planning at all, but here are my initial thoughts after watching chat and having some discussion with Cript:

IMO north group should move down so that we consolidate ourselves around the southern forest. Probably something like...
Sieg down south (11-7?), heal Cecil.
Alissa down south (11-8?), dance Cecil. Whatever she does, she probably shouldn't stay still since the longbow will be able to reach her next turn.
Cecil javelins someone and cantos south.

We can fight the bandits off from there.

Altha needs to move west first so that Daunt happens. Attacking Axeman E is probably the best bet since Elementalist C is in thick forest and has high RES so attacks won't do that much.

Iris can only reach Elementalist C, so after Altha causes Daunt, Iris can attack and double and hopefully kill outright. ~70-80% chance of each hit, so probably like, ~50-60% chance of killing outright.

I dunno for the rest. Suzanne, Beatrix, and Flora should probably back Iris up if she doesn't kill the Elementalist outright. Gregory and Friderick have the opportunity to attack west, but maybe shouldn't because they'll get ganged upon come EP. I'd hope that Jann has good dreams while sleeping, but he's free to have nightmares if he wishes.

Take with a grain of salt; I haven't played Fire Emblem before ever.

I could also park Siegfried in front of one of the mages and stop enemies from closing to melee range with Hold the Line.

just in case any one is wondering, I'm waiting to see if the elementalist survives this turn, I don't think I'm a good choice for attacking him, probably be better off doing nothing or attacking a swordsman, but I think I should save my action in case he does somehow survive so I can finish him off.

Just want to note that Suzanne gives +10 Evasion and +10 Dodge within a 3 tile radius due to Serenity, not that it matters in this turn since Iris wouldn't have dodged even with the bonus.

Edit: I'm going to wait until Gregory and Beatrix make their attacks, but could you try to keep 8-12 open? It's the only spot where Suzanne can attack from with her Jambiya Dagger, which is the only weapon she can use that will kill either the Elementalist or the Axeman in one hit as opposed to having to land two with the Iron Knife.

Bleh. Don't want to make a big deal of this. Just want to point it out for correctness's (and Friderick's) sake.

Since Alissa was actually at 11-8, Friderick should have gotten her Charisma totem bonus, which means that Axeman B missed instead of hit, and Friderick has 11 more HP. Similarly, Friderick hit instead of missed his first counterattack against Axeman A because he actually had 20 Hit more (10 from his PS for being over half HP since Axeman B missed, and 10 from Charisma). This probably doesn't matter because Shaelynn is going to fry that axeman soon regardless.

Lastly, since Friderick wouldn't have been downed by the first pilum strike, the Pilumer should have attacked him a second time.

Elementalist B is also crossed out in the HP spoiler when they're actually at full health.
