Not doing it because Murdoc pointed out excellent thing of pulling her off her pillar. If we move up, she doesn't get off of it, it's not like we're getting much more than one attack a turn on her anyways. If we let her move forward, we can pul back and eventually surround her, etc.

I think that's a perfectly reasonable choice. This situation has always been a horse apiece for me. The choice of +15 hit over possibly getting more attacks in an uncertain future is something I'm comfortable with (along with the other choice.)

Since 95% of the team agrees, I'm going to have Iris grab the angelic cloth off of Sieg and use it. That way next turn I can get healed and actually tank a hit from the mage.

So, for those of us (maybe just me?) who are not veterans to the game and also not on irc right now, there's been a sorta revelation. We're not using the down rules in the pdf linked in this thread. There's no three strikes and you're dead rules. You can be downed infinitely and just keep being healed back up.

I imagine that anyone who wasn't aware of this (like me) is now suddenly reevaluating the deadliness of combat and the necessary care needed in it.

Suffice to say, I'm feeling more relaxed.

That being said! If you're downed, every turn you lose one tick on your downed counter. So if you're downed for three turns, you die.

Yes, quite. Still quite possible to loose, but it doesn't mean that essentially even small tactical blunders followed by a turn or two of bad luck leads to a dead player.

Do you guys think we should just like, double heal Seig and let him wail away on the boss? I could move off the pillar for Flora to get on it if she wants.

Well he can't move this turn at all

Well, yeah, but like, eventually. Double healing him this turn would leave him with enough health to survive the elfire next EP. Then just. More and more healz as he slowllllllllly kills her. I mean if we just have the two healers and sieg slowly kill her to death I don't think there's really anything she can do. It'd be a really slow and painful way to kill her of course. But I'm not sure if there's a better way.

Maybe Haspen could just... Like. Roll a bunch of turns of that. If everyone agreeded <.< You know, so it doesn't take us a week and a half to kill one enemy. >.>
