1) Shineflash needs to be versus a stat, Like Syn vs Dex or INT and should not be reducing two stat at the same time as it is lvl 1.

RES is not a damaging stat.
Ok, I'll take my age down to a highschool-appropriate age. As for RES, that was mainly for the whole "throwing weight" thing, but yeah, I guess since it's a chi-empowered strike, SYN works better for that.

Also, to answer your question, taking that flaw was mainly to reflect my own fat-and-laziness, and exhaustion ended up being a handy way to put a necessary limit on the berserk state. Plus, having to tactically deal with a personal stat which leads to debuffs would be fun for me. Sorry if that ended up being a headache maker!

Indeed it is. I decided to keep the original up anyway though.

So, anyway, is there any specific reason why Berserk is not a thing? Too complex, too powerful, whatever? If it's anything specific, I can totally fix it, but if going berserk is just not a thing you're OK with on so many levels, I'll drop it.

It's complex, hard to tell if it's balanced, and you added a new mechanic.  I mean, not that you couldn't add a new mechanic, but it's hard to manage, too.

It's complex, hard to tell if it's balanced, and you added a new mechanic.  I mean, not that you couldn't add a new mechanic, but it's hard to manage, too.
What if instead of that complex system with exhaustion being the time limit, it just lasts until Edwinn attacks or is attacked (both count) 5 or 10 times, and the alterations to the movement debuffs are taken out? Plus maybe damage immunity is a bad idea, but unconscious at the end of berserk seems necessary to me.

So far I'm thinking that you could do a percentage boost to damage while low on health, or sacrificing RES to buff attacks.
