That makes sense enough.

There's probably more stuff that needs to be dealt with, so give me a second.

Bloodclaw:Give an actual movement boost, I'd say up to half the level of the ability in squares, and raise the dice to 2d4+stat.

Throatripper:Has a 1-turn cooldown.

Scale Plates:Flat +2 RES.  Note the total RES in [] or ().
Moon Shards:Note total SYN in the statblock.
Gen Seeds:2d4+3 healing.

You can only have 2 Perks, 1 Flaw.

Okay, go.

DAPARROT:Make it +1 DEX/level.  And then redistribute a point, because otherwise you wasted one.

Also, your backstory is kind of...Weird, and also really, really lacking...

I will note, your backstory will expose you to prejudice from the student body.

You don't naturally have dodge.  This is a bit of a problem, considering your Basic Defense.  I suggest just going the 'block 2d4+STAT' route, or giving a dodge chance based on DEX.

Did this ever become a thing that is happening? Or is it still being planned and stuff? Curious because of..."reasons". Not signing up right now because I'd probably just slow stuff down anyway. Just curious.

EDIT: Made a few spreadsheets in case anyone wanted them. Will post link in around 30 minutes. Also, what does ALVL mean?

EDITEDIT: Link is up. I'll add TBF as soon as I can, they control it from there.

We had some latecomers so it seems that it will be taking a little longer to start.

Hohkay. . .
Personality and such, to be frank, strike me as slightly suish, but Fish seems to be fine with it. Like he said though, being a known killer isn't exactly going to endear you to people.

Perks:
Summons: needs some actual flavor behind it, or at least it would be greatly appreciated if it did. Why does she have the ability to summon things? Is it a companion-type or minion-type? That sort of thing.
Ruthless: Change this to (Level)d2 extra damage on all attacks.
Paranoia: Needs to be more specific. I would recommend a penalty based on proximity to allies, and more significant than -1 or -2. The less restrictive it is, the stronger the penalty needs to be.

Actions:
Shadowmeld needs an actual formula for the dodge. I recommend 3*DEX%.
Throatripper is fine.
Deathgleam should be merged with her basic attack.
Bloodclaw is a bit weak. Change it to (ALevel)*2.
You need an actual summoning action.

Inventory:
Scale Plates should be specified as being permanently attached, and as such should -probably- scale with your level. I recommend +1 RES/level, but otherwise they look fine to me. Just don't complain when they're useless later.
Moon Shards: See above. You have no Moon perk, you have a Moon affinity, which is basically the kind of magic you're good at.
Gen Seeds: You get one or two, not enough to have a full healing action without investing the AP.

Summons:
Not liking the fact that it's just a basic attack bot, and hits as hard as a player no less. Nerf the damage slightly.

@DAPARROT: Looks okay for the most part, if a bit sparse to me. You're missing a Basic Defense, though, and Favorable Winds should affect your next turn as well..

Summons:MURDOC, WE DON'T HAVE THOSE.

Ruthless:Oh heck no you do not get additional leveld2.  Additional +level.

Paranoia is specific enough, Murdoc.  If the action is cooperative, she takes a penalty.  Might make that if she attacks someone after someone else, too, but I'm not really sure.  If she is next to someone, she takes a penalty.


E:Okay, neither of the above are valid till we iron some stuff out.

DAPARROT, though, those are valid.  Mostly.
