Lacerate the man's neck with my knife, hide any evidence of bites.  Go search around for any opulent dwellings, where any of these noble immigrants live.

Sayaka smiles as she quickly snatches the key ring and rushes to the door to the room where her amulet and bag is being healed, she then after opening the door takes her things and goes back down into the dungeon unlocking every single cell, the worshipers of the dead crucified god will have a unpleasant surprise very very soon.

Night has fallen and blood must run red some new dye would be just great.
Get equipment  get outside  most likely through a backdoor or by my window stay in the alleyways and look for some interesting victims.

Sayaka: You open the room with one of the keys and take your bag. You run down the stairs and open cells. Totally you freed 8 people.
Jeremiah: You walk for another few hours until you find the richer area. It's dark already, however you can see as clearly as before.
Ariana: You walk out the backdoor and look for people in alleys. There aren't many people outside at this time and the ones that are, are walking home without even thinking about passing through alleys. The slums probably would have more people outside, but they would be much more dangerous.

Hide my weapons and stuff inside my cloak walk down the richer side of town my side of town in my outfit it could easily pass as a costume with the weapons hidden.

Look for anyone mildly interesting enemy's of my father hell if I see a friend of mine I can coerce into some fun I might just do that I need something to relieve myself murder or a sweet release it ends in the same outcome.

Sayaka who had presumably unlocked all the cells leads the prisoners out of the dungeon and to the room she found her things, maybe whatever equipment they had before being thrown in here is there too, afterword she would lead them out of the building to freedom.

Sayaka: As soon as you free the prisoners most of them leave. You lead the ones left to the room. When you get there they take their equipment and leave, leaving you only with the man that was in the cell across from you.
Jeremiah: You think anybody who's in there is sleeping.
Ariana: You see a man across the street wandering around different rich houses.

Check if the doors are locked or if there's any weak points of entry into the house.
