Name: Felicienne Mallory
Description: At 6'1", Felicienne is incredibly tall for her age. She has long, brown hair and blue eyes that seem a little... unfocused, at times. She wears a metallic gray pair of glasses, with numbers etched in where the brand would usually be. If one bothers to take a closer look, they'd see those numbers to be '5 13 4'. She has pale skin, marred by a few scars around the knuckles, one at the right knee and one just underneath her left ear. She has an otherwise somewhat unremarkable face, with thin lips and a slightly pointy nose. She is otherwise a bit on the thin side, and possesses a pair of long legs.
She wears thin black coat with a surprising amount of pockets, a blue blouse underneath that and jeans, along with pink-and-white trainers.
Felicienne is rather soft-spoken, very rarely raising her voice. Very rarely, people may have to strain themselves just a little bit to hear what she has to say, though this is a habit she has mostly gotten over by now. She is fairly confident, if not quite outgoing, and likes making friends with other people. She's always willing to give a helping hand, though whether she decides someone needs help and whether someone else thinks they need help can be two entirely different things. Not always, but it happens. Sometimes, in her opinion, a little nudge in one direction or other is all that's needed to help. Of course, other times a hands-on approach is necessary. She is allergic to most forms of pollen, which usually reduces her to a sneezing wreck. She's also a relentless optimist, so things that go against that can and do affect her, even more so than other people.
Backstory: Born to a French mother and an English father in Paris, Felicienne lived a fairly good life. A well-off family, a tightly-knit circle of friends, really, what more could one ask for? It was pretty much all she wanted. She could do without some of the discrimination that having an English father brought her, but even that was minimal. She could roll with what few punches life decided to throw at her, easy. And things always seemed to turn out so suspiciously well for her, so she figured there had to be SOMETHING. After all, nobody's life was perfect, right?
And then the Northsdale Five disappeared. They were never something she paid much attention to, but even she was worried. They were strong, and if they disappeared, just like that... Not long after, she was forced to flee with her family when the whole country went to shit. The chaos began spreading, and with it France slowly but surely was corrupted. Along the way, Felicienne was separated from both her mother and father. She made it to the border with nothing but the clothes on her back and some trinkets and, from there, Camp Cinder, eventually. She still does not know what it was that happened to her family, but she's resolved to find out. For the past month or so, however, she's been recovering from the trip and practicing with her power.
Stats: Are you good at this, bad at that? Well-rounded? Allocate 30 points. Average for a human is 3 each, but you guys aren't average farmers.

Abilities: Felicienne manipulates luck or, more accurately, the probability of things happening. She can view and, to an extent, change the probability of things happening within her field of view at her leisure, but yes/no/maybe questions give no results.
Feeling lucky today?(Free)(Passive): At the start of every turn, roll a 1d3. If it lands on 3, all party members receive a +WILL/4(2) bonus to hit rate, dodge rate and weapon rolls for the rest of the turn.
Shift the chances around a bit...(Level 3)(Active): Felicienne boosts a target's chance of succeeding at something, giving them a boost of up to +(Skill Level) for WILL/4(2) turns. Mana cost is equal to boost given. Does not stack with itself, applying a higher boost cancels out the previous one though turn cooldown is reset.

Not happening, sorry.(Level 2)(Passive): Felicienne increases her chances of dodging, improving her dodge rate by (Skill Level)(2).
Are the odds on my side, or yours?(Level 2)(Active): Felicienne can use her power to also merely observe and bring up various probabilities. Using this she can observe the probability of, for example, how likely someone is to hit her or the odds that Xs attack will hit Y.
Inventory
Kitchen Knife: A kitchen knife Felicienne picked up along the way to defend herself. 1d4+DEX damage, +1 to hit.
Cetriz Tablets: A pack of anti-allergy pills. Still contains 20 pills.
Notepad, Pen and Pencil: A notepad, pen and pencil Felicienne brought with her.
Octagonal Locket: A simple locket made of metal. Usually kept in one of the pockets, it contains images of her parents along with several small, scrunched up pieces of paper with numbers on them.
