Hard to say, really. In most cases I've dealt with that's not been a question. It's mostly on how impossible something is. If it's something like someone appearing from nowhere in a city like this it's easy to assume you missed something. Things such as seeing a Youma directly, however are simply too much to write off.

The whole building. Nonmagical beings generally see the factory as still in working order. If it were just the wall then there'd be the concern of somebody buying the lot, which is an issue when this is a common meeting point for Tsukaima and their contractees.

Not to nearly the same degree. To compare it, if what it felt like was running a marathon, it'll just feel like running two miles now. Not in a literal sense, that's just the comparison. You only felt so tired the first time because of the stress of the first transformation.

It's somewhat limited by the individual in question. Everyone has an affinity for specific sorts of spells, an element or power. If you can think of how to connect it to one of those more than likely you can do it. Of course, basic things anyone can do, although not as easily as if it was connected to their own powers.
