Her dad seems to be in the living room. "Welcome home, Yua. You're home early. No clubs today?" he calls.

"Mm-mm. Didn't go today, it was kind of a long day on its own." She only felt a little guilty at holding out on him, but it wasn't exactly abnormal for things to go unsaid or untold between them; she was already far more emotionally exposed with him than anyone else anyway, so that was enough, in its own way.

Anna chuckles at Hinata's comment.

"I'm not sure everyone else would be so much of a fan, but thank you.  It means a lot to me."

Anna pulls out exact change for her order before she's even reached the counter, a chocolate-filled pastry and an orange-cinnamon hot tea.  She's ordered the exact same order every time she comes in, and the cashier on duty should probably recognize her, even, if only because she comes through after her club like clockwork. 

Speaking of.  What time is it?

The waitress, of course, is looking at all of them entirely confusedly.

Miki, for her part, is thinking carefully about what to order.

((Completely ignoring the thing about the waitress, because the GM said so.))

Anna nudges Miki.

"We don't want to clog up the line..."

[SOLDIER First]

Hinata, Miki, and slash or Anna would be able to see one of their classmates in the corner. That insanely rich, slightly weird girl, Kimiko. She's just staring blankly at a cup of tea.

Anna waves at Kimiko from the line.

[SOLDIER First]

She doesn't react and continues.. staring blankly at a cup of tea.

"Kimiko!  Hi!"

[SOLDIER First]

Kimiko looks at Anna and waves rather halfheartedly.

[TheBiggerFish]

Anna waves far more enthusiastically back.

[Chevaleresse]

Hinata gives Kimiko a wave, noticeably less excited than her normal ones, and turns back to Anna and Miki, mood returning to irrepressibly energetic. "Guys, seriously, that was so awesome back there, I can't wait to fight one of those things again!"

"Oh, right, yeah. Talking about that would sound weird." She says this at a completely normal volume.

"Anywho...I was thinking maybe we should get a study group together?"
