Victor's eyes grow wide for a second, before he shakes his head and transforms. "I-... I'm ready."

Yua looks down, briefly startled, but then simply sets her mouth a bit and transforms into the pearl-colored suit of her magical girl form.
"Well, then. It's time to get to work again."

Anna is already in magical form, though she takes a moment to step out of her sneakers and put them aside.  Would Anna's pendant be flashing as well?

"So it begins."

Everyone's pendants flash the moment they enter magical form, if they hadn't already had them out.

"So what's the plan?"

[Powder Miner]

"I don't think we can make much of a plan with how little information we have. Try to keep alert, at least. I don't know if youma can be stealthy, but there's obviously no harm in keeping our eyes open."

[Chevaleresse]

"Well, I'll keep everyone going with my super motivational healings songs~ . . . At least I think that's what my magic does!"

Theme: Cor Destructum

It’s rather sudden when it happens. Hara’s words are the only warning.  It’s here.

The world begins swimming again, but being in magical form the group doesn’t pass out this time. This time, they see themselves drawn into the nightmare and more than likely wish they didn’t; they see the factory shift into a caricature of its real form, com[acted in places and stretched in others, the few, high-up windows no longer looking into the evening sky but into an infinite black void that you’d rather not look at. Unlike the other Nightmare, which had eerie laughter ringing across it, this one is silent. It seems as though the only sound is their breathing, followed by perhaps some surprise as they find themselves scattered across the Nightmare.

Silence.

Youma Power: Ambush Tactics

(2+3+7+3=15 vs. 1+4+9=14: Attack Success)
(Damage: 5+2+6+2=15 Damage.)

Victor turns just in time to see something flying towards them, and then there’s pain… because Kyle tossed him out of the way to take the blow himself. This Youma is far stronger than the last though, and can actually make it through Kyle’s defenses. And it does so.

The Youma looms over him, seemingly about to follow up, until it notices Hara sitting behind them on some machinery. It ignores Kyle, letting the magical boy-turned-girl recover for a moment as it lunges at the tsukaima. Hara evades, allowing the Youma to destroy only metal. This one is far stronger than the one that you fought before. Be careful. Hara says, before seemingly popping out of existence- although you can still somewhat feel their presence. The Youma turns to the group and shrieks- you can see it clearly now, the form a broken series of images and cutouts in a shape that almost resembles a minotaur, if it weren't for the fact it's legs were replaced with tentacles.

Silent herself, Yua reaches for her deck of cards... and flips a couple of cards off of the bottom -- the Jokers, one of which she tosses at the Youma.
Hex the Youma!

Kyle looks like she's going to go down for a second, the blow vicious enough that their suit is ripped before slowly mending itself. But she slowly stands up straight and stomps the ground giving a mighty roar.
"You think that's enough to take me down!? Try again shit head, you aren't getting so lucky this time!"
Kyle second winds and attacks the youma. If he hits he places a reflector on Victor.

"K-Kyle?!"'
Victor hurriedly runs over to Kyle (and away from the Youma), his lightbulb zapping her. However, instead of pain, it seems to be healing her wounds.

Anna moves towards the Youma, and attacks it herself.  She places her Reflector on Kyle if she hits.

Hinata jumps forward and upward, tossing her sword forward and firing two scintillating rays of light from her hands at the apex of her leap, glowing every color of the rainbow before they rain down toward the creature, before landing daintily on the ground. Well, as daintily as one can land on a massive sword stuck blade-first into the ground.

Battle Theme

Yua hexes the Youma, their card sticking into one of the tentacles and glowing dully.

Kyle gets to their feet, spitting out a bit of blood and getting ready for the next bout, their second wind gained (2+6 = Resolve. They then charge down the Youma to attack. (3+2+4 = 9 vs. Passive Defense = 9 + 5 = 14. Fail) The Youma evades Kyle’s attack, the latter still a bit stunned from the earlier blow.

Victor places an AC Generator facing Zone 3, and then uses Electric Bath on Kyle, healing them for another (1+4=5) Resolve. Victor takes Two Support Overcharge.

The Youma attacks Kyle, (2+3+7=12 vs. Passive Defense 12 + 1 Second Wind = 13. Fail) Kyle manages to use the momentum from their own failed attack to evade the Youma’s strike. The Youma acts again, spending 1 Overcharge. It seems as though a red rain is falling around Yua and Hinata. A cutting rain at that. (2+6!+1+6=15 vs. 4+6!+1+8) (1+3+6=10 vs. 3+6!+4+6=19) Neither of them feel any effect beyond a minor buzzing. Yua and Hinata have both taken one Support Overcharge

Anna moves to attack the Youma herself. (4+2+3= 9 vs. Passive Defense 9 + 1 = 10) She fails.

Hinata shakes the buzzing off and moves forward, before blasting the Youma at range. (3+6!+3+7=19 vs. Passive Defense 9) (4+2) She deals 6 damage to it, burning it a little. She takes one Attack Overcharge.

Hinata and Victor can choose to remove one Overcharge from themselves or the other, or wait a while. (That is, Hinata and Victor, having rolled ones in one of their magic rolls this turn, can use their Power Dampening Free Action on themselves or each other this turn. The consideration to be made is that they can also both do one of them, or save this for later occasions within the scene it might be possible to use the ability.)
