As our law says, I think any high priest that hasn't joined zeta boards should be strapped off the title and become just a member.

In accordance with verse 9 of the Book of the Law, we must hold a vote among the priesthood if we wish to cast the Highest Priest from his seat. The priesthood currently has many vacancies. We should wait until our priesthood has filled up to hold the vote.
