A: More meat, eat less, more thirsty for human blood.

Q: Why did NASA not allow Russia to send vodka up to the ISS? (the Russians still did it though)

Q: Why did NASA not allow Russia to send vodka up to the ISS? (the Russians still did it though)

(A) They felt that excessive amounts of vodka might impair the Feline inhabitant's cognitive functions and critical thinking abilities under adverse conditions. That, and NASA didn't see the point of wasting perfectly good vodka on a bunch of animals. Russia, however, had an extremely high surplus of vodka, due to the vodka-secreting guinea pigs, and didn't see the point of depriving them of a share. This incidentally, may have had something to do with the AI's malfunctioning.

(Q) How many Years ago did the War actually happen?

A: Most Calendars outside of The Tech East Ended around 492 years back, But the Actual war is Thought to have lasted between 10 - 13 years; Those that know anything about Politics think it may have lasted a Total of 40 years without the General Population knowing about it Through the use of Spys, Hacking, and Other Stealth things.

A: AE 155 (AE=After Event=after the BIG bombs fell)

Q: Who is the most hated person?

(A) It all really depends, and is different for each person, but, the most widely hated people are the political, (Now historical) world leaders that caused the War in the first place, but, then again, some People idolize them. The topic is very touchy, and often results in fistfights when brought up at a Bar.

(Q) How advanced were Cybernetics before The War, and how common are they now?

A: They were powerful enough to move the continent of Asia around the Earth 18 times. Most of the technology was destroyed by the nukes though the ones in the vaults survived including the ones that the Russians stored in Siberia lots of them.

Q: Has Atlantis resurfaced?

Q: Has Atlantis resurfaced?

By Cybernetics, I meant Cybernetic Augmentations to Humans, not Continent moving God-Like Technology, but, OK.

(A) It has not, however, one of the most advanced Vaults, code-named Atlantis, is currently at the Bottom of the Sea. The Vault has long since cut off all communications with the Surface, and hasn't been heard from for well over a century. The Vault contains many experimental technological prototypes, and sheltered some of the United State's most intelligent scientists. The Vault's existence isn't common knowledge, but in recent times, hyper-advanced spider-like automated drones have been seen surfacing, to scavenge scrap from the Ruins, before Submerging in the Ocean. The drones are capable of obliterating small armies with their Laser Technology, and they travel in large groups of thirty or more, but they only fight if provoked or prevented from scavenging. The drones have the word, Atlantis, carved into their torsos, but only one has ever been killed and observed, it's corpse was too damaged to get any advanced Technology from. Sightings of the drones are extremely rare, as they hardly ever surface, and are careful to avoid populated areas.

(Q) How common are advanced Cybernetic Modifications, (mechanical arms, infared vision, etc...) in the Human Population, and how are they viewed? And is anyone producing more of them?

A) They were quite common and affordable. Some people though they were terrible/sins againt god/etc but most of them are dead now. The tech east is producing small amounts of them, and the Russians have some stored.

Q) Why do the Russians have pretty much everything but food stored?

Q: What's one of the most successful group vault dwellers that came out of the vaults? That are not part of the great "Volkave"!?

Q: How advanced are the Amazons?

A: The amazon rain forests went into a strange hibernation not thought possible during the nuclear winter.  After it cleared up it rapidly regenerated.  As a result while some Brazilian and surrounding nations had vaults which successfully kept technology, even those which mostly broke down still had survivors.  Most of the small communities get by through slash and burn agriculture or under canopy farming, and the two types are often at violent odds.  The handful of technologically advanced cities do manage trade with both sides.

This is discounting the heart of the Amazon where an ecosystem of optimized animals and plants infected with a symbiotic fungus surrounds an advanced bio lab.  Most of the human population worships the god kings and priests who make the animals and plants which provide for everyday living.  Mechanical and material science are almost unheard of outside maintaining the gene splicing and cloning facilities.

The optimized ecosystem is growing, but optimized animals are otherwise relatively scarce..

Q: What kind of fortifications do the duchies of Europe employ?

A: In the more strategically important places, they use concrete filled train cars. Otherwise they have randomly placed machine gun emplacements in cleanings, fields, open farmland, etc. In cities near forests, they have tin shielding around wooden framing surrounding the controlled areas. Interspersed around the perimeter are guard posts and security gates.

Q: What is the General Economic Situation of the planet?

(A) In Canada, there isn't much of a Society for an Economy to form around. In what's left of The United States, the Barter System reigns supreme, but there are a few recognized currencies in some areas, Trade is somewhat hazardous due to Banditry, Erratic Weather, and Radiation. In South America, the Cactus Conflict, and the Farming Turf Wars have stunted Trade somewhat, but a few small City-States manage to Trade to all of the Factions extensively, Merchants are, by and large, allowed free passage throughout the Region, as their goods are essential. In Europe, there is almost no Trade between the Duchies and the Fascists, but the Duchies Trade very extensively with one another between Feuds, and rarely, European Merchants travel and do Business abroad, for a large, if extremely dangerous profit margin. Many seperate Coin currencies are acknowledged in Europe but elsewhere, aren't as valuable. In Africa Trade is almost entirely centered on the Coasts, and mainly involves the Exchange of Optimized Animals and Natural Resources for Advanced Technology. In The Tech East, the Economy is Prospering, and The Japanese Yen is one of the most valued currencies. In Russia, Trade between Vaults and Settlements is frequent, and Alcoholic Beverages are used as a medium of Trade, but Firearms, Ammunition, and Food, are all highly valuable there. Extensive Piracy, Belligerent Giant Jellyfish and Sea Mollusks, Dangerous Storms, and the Expense of Fuel all hinder Oversea Travel, making Transcontinental Trade somewhat rare, though not unheard of in Coastal Cities.

(Q) What is currently going on in what's left of China and the rest of Asia?
