[Zanzetkuken The Great]

There is a generic crowd of puny commoners regular civilians wandering around a busy street in Generic City.  A strange power enters some individuals, granting them strange powers.  As a side effect, they enter a berserk state that makes them want to kill everything in, at least, the universe.  One rule is innately placed into this state, however.  However they go about it, they must do it themselves.

The Mayhem level indicates what level your powers are able to act upon.  Causing chaos increases the level of stuff you could do, with each action that adds to the chaos increasing the Mayhem Value by 1.  When the Mayhem Value reaches 150, the person with the highest kill count wins and we reset to a random point between 0 and 9.

At microscopic, you cannot do much more than a human could do, while at district you could force atoms in the air to cause a small nuclear detonation.  Naturally, whatever you cause you can survive.  There is a chance you could be killed by something someone else does, however.  Don't worry, though.  At any level above Individual, you can remake your body and seek vengeance.
