Magical Power: Weak Shackles - For a short period of time, the people under the effect of this ability will not have the ability to move or attack, but if they were going to use an attack it does slightly more than double it's effect, providing the original target is still able to be hit.

See, Pencil_Art seems to be confusing Talents with Powers.

Talents are what have mechanical effects. They're what you use to heal during combat, cause debuffs and buffs, deal DoT etc.

Magical Powers have no real mechanical effect. They're just there to flavour Sorceries.

Does that make sense?

Appearance:
Mia tends to use light green pigments to dye her hair slightly at the end of each month. She has light brown hair, green-grey eyes, and tends to wear girly outfits that aren't too frilly. On off days, she wears a jacket or hoodie to keep herself from being noticed.

Magical Appearance:
Mia's magical girl form changes her outfit into a what could be called a dancer's outfit while her hair grows significantly longer.

Description:
Sweet and innocent around her friends, but typically cold and deceptive around those that she doesn't trust. She is very mischievous. She lives alone, and does not work. She hardly has any friends, but tends to make them rather quickly if she starts to trust them. Loves to dance.

Background:
Mia was orphaned as a child when she and her parents were involved in a freak accident when a truck appeared out of no where, hitting them head on. Mia was rushed to the hospital, where she fervently wished that it had all been a dream. Seven years later, Mia was finally able to walk on her own and was enrolled in Tochiya High School so that she can get back to a normal life. She is given a monthly allowance and her bills paid due to the insurance from her mother and father's deaths, allowing her to live by herself without needing to work. Typically, she doesn't make friends. But those that saw her outside would not be able to tell that due to people always bugging her about their problems. She has a good intuition, but enjoys playing pranks on people. This mischievousness was caused by her feelings of always being alone and nobody really wanting to be her friend. She is scared of people turning on her and leaving her behind. Mia is kind and caring to those she knows, although she is a bit of a prankster. She wants to make sure no one has to suffer like herself. She will wish for her parents to have survived the wreck. Others at the school know she is an orphan, and that she is kind of an outsider.

Boost
Free Action, 3/Scene, 1 Overcharge
When making a magical challenge, you can take 1 Overcharge on the magical attribute you’re using for the challenge to roll an additional die and add it to your result. This die will give you another die and another point of Overcharge if it rolls a 6 as usual, and if you use it for an attack it gives +2 to the attack’s damage as usual.

Should be pretty decent. As I said in discord way back that I was going to be having a long period of no work.

Nope. Not in the form you have it at least. There's a couple problems with it: one, you seem to have it worded so you can just make stuff, no sorcery required, which is OP. Your character would have no conscious ability to control it anyway, due to the nature of Youma and Nightmares. Second, I don't think one can have a nightmare within a nightmare, which is where it'd likely be most times.

Also, probably picking characters this weekend. I have an idea of who's getting in, but I'm making it the weekend to allow for last-minute edits and changing my mind.
