Appearance: Fairly average, the only really noticable features being her emphasized 'features', and blaringly bright green hair.

Magical Appearance: Mostly like this, just with the physicality mentioned above.

Description: Rairī is generally a kind, and caring person, who does her best to make everyone happy. But, this usually results in herself not being happy, as she cares about everyone but herself. She hates arguing, and only gets angry on extremely rare occasions, usually either forfeiting the argument, or breaking out in tears. She hates to see people get hurt, and is a self-proclaimed pacifist, as fighting makes her feel sick, and guilty. Mostof the time, she is relatively calm and collected,and makes a lot of jokes,  which she thinks are good, but are bad to most others. Occasionally, she'll become stressed, and extremely depressive, which is a big change from her usually optimistic self. These bouts usually run for a week or so, but have led her to consider things more than once.

Background: Will PM.

Magical Power: Can access a persons emotions, and feel what others feel, be it sadness, love, hate, jealousy, happiness, etc. This is a blessing and a curse, but thankfully, it is not always active, and she has to try and use it.

Free  Action,  3/Scene,  1 Overcharge
When  making  a magical  challenge,  you  can  take  1 Overcharge  on  the  magical  attribute  you’re  using  for  the  challenge  to roll an  additional  die  and  add it  to your result. This  die  will  give  you  another die  and  another point of Overcharge  if  it rolls a 6 as usual,  and if you  use  it for an  attack  it gives +2 to  the  attack’s  damage  as usual. If you  have  trouble  keeping  track  of how many uses of  Boost you  have  in  a scene,  you  might  set 3 special  dice  out in  front of you  at  the  start of each scene,  and  remove  them  as you  use  them.

Add the  level  of your relationship  to a  character  that is  present  to the  result and any damage  caused by one  action.  You  must declare  you  are  using  this talent before  you  roll  for the  challenge.
- Guardian
Free  Action,  1 Overcharge  (Defense)
 If you  are  in  the  same  position  as an  enemy  and  they attempt to  move  out of  that  position,  you  can  make  a Support  vs.  Support  challenge.  If you  win,  they are  unable  to move  out  of your position.
- Reflector
Free  Action
 Once  per round,  if you  successfully attack  a target, you  play put a  Reflector  effect on  yourself or an  ally within  a range  of  0-2. The  reflector lasts  until  the  end of your  next turn.  While  it is active,  any time  an  enemy successfully attacks the  bearer,  they ignore  up to 3 points of damage  from  the  attack,  and the  attacker takes those  points of  damage. 
- Create Barrier
Minor Action,  1  Overcharge  (Defense),  1/Episode
Create  a magical  barrier  in  the  same  position  you  occupy.  This barrier has  20 points  of  Resolve.
- Defensive  Switch
Free  Action,  2/Scene
When  an  ally within  a range  of 0-3 is under attack  (but before  the  enemy  rolls for their attack  challenge),  use  this power  to switch positions with that  ally and become  the  target of  the  attack,  which  you  can  then  defend  against  normally.

So looks like I made a mistake reading the rulebook, you're not required to not have any stats with the same value. Doesn't really effect most characters, but it might effect 1 or 2.
