Alright. I got 2 more submissions, and the profiles should come out tommorow. Tech level is pretty high, as power is fusion, and weapons are laser powered. Armor is more advanced than X-01 power armor from Fallout 4, called J-28 Power Armor. Robots are often used in combat, and Oil and Coal are completely unused. But that is the opposite for things lik gold and platinum.

Right. I can obviously tell you like the Midwest brotherhood of steel. Also I agree about the oil.

What about the Nevada branch?

Nevada's branch is part of the western BoS, so there's not much distinction between the two despite the fact they're out of contact with the main WBoS command.

I prefer rolling around with an army claiming a large swathe of land, and practidcally being /the/ best chance that civilisation has.

The Enclave might have had semi-not-selfish intentions if you squint really, really hard and wear your best rose-tinted glasses, but in reality they were conceited militaristic assholes who just wanted to control everything.
The Institute was probably humanity's second best chance, until the Wastelanders sort of messed that up.

Hm. To be Kharen, Istania, or something new...I'd rather like to take dark green, really. And Kharen would have to be desert, while Istania would need somewhere at least somewhat warmer to really work.

Government Type: Theocratic Republic
Backstory: (Short version: Russian Vodou) Long version: There are few people as hardy as Drozhians, or as spiritual. Though they understand the world is not ruled by their spirits, and that science and objectivity are pre-eminent, they still consult the Kumir and give homage to the principles and traditions of their faith. In fact, they are led by their their Koldun, their Zhrets and Zhritsa, as well as their people. However, the Kumir are no longer communicated with via spirits. Instead, they are invited to inhabit extremely advanced computer systems, some of which could be classed by some as basic AIs, though this might be overstating their abilities, though they are often able to learn, albeit often only in their subject of expertise. Networked systems allow them to become very good at what they do, over time. Perhaps more relevant, however, is their method of waging war. An abundance of resources from their own lands and the islands to their north, the environment of their homeland, and the communal values that place high value on preserving their own lives, has all tended towards a very heavily mechanized and armored means of waging war, and even their light infantry tends to wear powered armor, while their heavy infantry wear suits that straddle the line between armor and vehicle.

That's crazy talk, those guys like using their own feet as target practice far too often to really get anywhere.

He said advanced tech so I'm thinking diesel is out. Unless it's Future Diesel that doesn't use gasoline.
Also, they took out the Enclave, fixed Liberty Prime, and were pretty much the saviors of the Capital Wasteland, so.
