Near as I've been able to tell over the last few minutes of checking, the election was basically neck and neck, and the guy that came out ahead didn't do it because of a rigged vote, but instead because his opponent was even more of a colossal shit than he is (which, uh. Now that I check who was running, that doesn't come as much of a surprise).

Incidentally, I've able to find literally zero corroborating english news articles, from any source, making the claim of the elections being actually rigged. Also it's hard to tell because the image quality is so bad and there's no link to the actual webpage but I'm pretty sure that column isn't actually talking about how many votes were for each candidate? Those would be the ones with yellow and blue bars.
