Alright, let's do it.
Drink from the river, consuming 5000 of my algae.
Transform to alt form 2, the law alteration form
Create a portal that leads to the other side next to the Dead Mountain
Move said portal, so it swallows the Dead Mountain and my Airainites.
Travel with them to the other side.
Close said portal behind me.

You use 22500 Energyand 225World Alteration Roll 1d6: [2]
You grab at the invisible lines that make up the World. Space, an intermingling net crafted by the finest, that you are going to fold and twist to fulfill your own devices. Pouring a huge amount of Energy, you extend the interspace connection, beyond your teleportation limit. Further and further.
Finally you sense that you reached your objective, and connect the two points. And with that, the Portal bursts open on both end of the corridor. Suddenly as a counter-reaction, matter was absorbed from the other side and thrown on your side.
A huge mountain sized block of earth is catapulted out of the Portal, and lands on an empty patch of land. The resulting tremor is so strong it is felt all across the Mainland, resulting in a strong earthquake affecting slightly the Underground.
You don't care about that. Your own attack is coming toward the Dead Mountain. Moving the Portal, you transport the Dead Mountain and all its inhabitants to the other side of the World.
+Dead Mountain is now on the other side
+Huge perfectly spheric crater insteadYou glance at the other side from the portal: the land is anything but plane, being twisted with many spires and mountains. The Dead Mountain is but another one amongst many.
