Yeah the decimarch seems  like a terrible creation if morality is removed and it seems like it doesn't have enough reasoning to me I think it will change its tune a little when Luxlin changes back t her true form I at least thank he'll try to analyze the situation also you know that thing about luxlin being cold it's because of the void alternate form that she can take and that cold is really just her feeling that she has that alternative form.

A Decimarch is created and stationed on every Original World when Protearchs create an Universe. It is designed to be an emergency measure to protect the World from destruction. His priorities :
-Destroy any Void presence detected in its territory
-Destroy any Entity trying to mingle with the Original World's Core

The Decimarch is sapient and sentient, but its priorities overrule everything. It may feel pity, but it won't get in the way of its job.

Also the Voidlings and Voidflames are only void in name, I never said they were* made of the Void element
