Well arca hopefully you're wisdom can tell that Luxlin is basically a pacifist and convince the decimarch to back down or make Luxlin not be registered  as a threat.

Blaming Sarrab wouldn't change much. At this moment it's either: a)you survive and try to end the world or b)you die from Sarrab's attack. If a) ends up being the one happening everyone will try to kill you anyway. It's better to make sure you die early then.

EDIT: Proelior does have reasons to kill Innanis. He nearly killed Luxlin before. He also likes to default to killing a god instead of crippling one when slighted. Generally, he's a dangerous existence. Here, some reasons off the top of my head. And since an opportunity came to end a troublemaker, why not?

EDIT2: Considering what happened with the previous world, just the incident with Innanis being part-Void is enough to get Proelior wary and potentially hostile.

Maybe you are not reading. He wants Veeki to YIELD OR DIE, not both. The fact that Veeki is being uncooperative as ever is not helping that.
Additionally, the whole REASON he ended up injuring luxlin before is because he SHIELDED luxlin from attack, but drained his ether to dangerously low levels for his state at the time! He has yet to actually KILL anything, though he has dealt out some serious injuries.
Also, Crazyabe has no reason to do it at all, concidering he was never involved directly! If anything they should be backing Innanis up for distracting/dealing with Kahn early on.
