This is gonna be a bit different though, you will see why.

Last setting, you were descendants of particularly troublesome Protearchs for the [RNG]. Now, you are in a more "normal" setting, where it care much less about you.

But that doesn't mean attempts at dimensional opening won't backfire horribly...

I'd name this age an "Age of level grinding". Or "level ups", if this sounds nicer.

New rule about level up.

Upon leveling up, you recover half your old Max Energy Capacity.

Also, as Saraab will already reach the Medium God Class upon next IC post, I will reveal a rule I just made up :
-Medium Class level up cost will be equal to the previous stage Max Ether Capacity.

So for Saraab to go from 6 to 7, he will need 2500. From 6 yo 7, it will cost 5000.

Subject to change if leveling ends up to easy. But for now I will limit this by limiting easy Ether gain. Maybe.

Forgot to add some important mechanics to the OC post.

There will be a lot of changes with Energy and Ether recovery.

Energy:
-Possibility to enter a "Meditation" state to recover more Energy, but with the setback of not being able to make any Energy expense for the Meditation turn(s)
-Exhausted state will inquire roll malus if applicable.
-Automatic Energy recovery while Exhausted has no limit.
-Converting Matter into Energy is still possible, but will incur a Global Energy Loss.
ex: If you create 2000 Energy worth of land, if you absorb it back you won't get 2000 Energy, but less.

Ether:
-Automatic Ether recovery while under 10% of Ether Capacity will be limited per era. Number will depend on Divinity Stage.
-Lot of changes to Ether gathered from living beings estimations.

Before going further, I should properly cement what effects will have bonuses in specialties. I am still pondering if I should give clear perks when unlocking +1/+2/+3. For now, only Law Creation has such perks.
More incoming as I keep pondering.

Creation
-Reduce costs for creating/altering
-Increase roll effectiveness when opposing a Destruction
-Decrease Creation Artifacts cost [example: a magical bucket that create infinite soapy water]

Destruction
-Increase Energy/Ether recovered when consuming something
-Increase roll effectiveness when Destruction is opposed
-Decrease Destruction Artifacts cost [example: a broom whose strikes make matter turns to dust -does not affect gods, or it would become an Offensive Artifact-]

Law Creation
-Reduce costs for creating Laws
-Increase Law resistance to Alteration by another Entity
-Allow to give a Law rank to created law : 1: Medium, 2: Superior, 3:Greater, and 4:Major
-Decrease Law Creation Artifacts cost [Such artifacts may not actually be possible. Law can only be created by Divine Beings]

Law Alteration
-Reduce costs for altering Laws
-Decrease Law resistance to Alteration
-Decrease Law Alteration Artifacts cost [example: a magical pen that can rewrite the effects of spells of a given magic law]

Influence
-Increase roll effectiveness when Influencing lesser beings [As in under Divine]
-Increase your Influence resistance when another Influence conflicts your own.
ex: God A says to a people that apples are good for their health. God B says the opposite.
> Conflict and rolls, but with Influence bonuses applied [apple-ied]
-Decrease Influence Artifacts cost [example: a mirror that influence the thoughts of beings -If affect Gods, become Offensive-]

Teaching
-Increase roll effectiveness when Teaching lesser beings [They will remember better, may understand better what you said, etc...]
-Increase your Teachings resistance when another Teaching conflicts your own.
-Decrease Teaching Artifacts cost [example: a book that fills the user with specific knowledge]

Offense
-Increase Offensive rolls effectiveness
-Decrease Offensive actions Energy cost
-Decrease Offensive Artifacts cost [Any artifact that can negatively affect a god is considered Offensive. If an Artifact is both Offensive and Defensive, Offensive has priority]

Defense
-Increase Defensive rolls effectiveness
-Decrease Defensive actions Energy cost
-Decrease Defensive Artifacts cost [Any artifact that can ward off against a God's power is considered Defensive. If an Artifact is both Offensive and Defensive, Offensive has priority]

from my point of view, Law creation artifacts are semi-possible; As an example I could create a godly computer that is also a lesser "mindless" god and send part of my power though it, in theory allowing me to "Program" new laws into reality at a lower chance of failing. or I could have 1/2 my creatures Ether sent to it and "Install" my "Programs" over time with a slight chance for error.
