cobalt looting

I am planing a project that is somewhere between mega-project and impossible-project (an above ground fortress made of ebonglass) on my next Ork fort, and have a question: What race is most likely to bring cobalt gear when they attack? Because I will need a massive amount of it for my ebonglass industry...

I'm not really sure, but I like your project :)

i feel like Humans and Dwarves bring cobalt gear, but not a ton.  Above ground fort so you're not allowed to mine for the cobaltite, eh? 
You might be able to trade with, or raid Warlocks for ebonglass directly.

Raiding kobolds should give you cobalt. After all, the metal is named after them. Its the only metal I want to give kobolds access to.

Ok so I need to import hummies and squats. As a reference point Im aiming for something like the Spire from fable2 or Isengard...

The Ork raiders dry-dock mechanic can cause invasions to happen a lot more frequently than the normal wealth based ones, and if I focus on raiding just the dwarves and humans I can 'import' them fairly reliably...

They dont cause invasions, force siege script does not work anymore since 40.24
