I kind of want to make a character who can... Steal concepts? Or things that aren't physical?
Like, stealing a bullet's momentum, stealing memories..

Here's a weird thing I've found that I gota question. Under damage in the taking action section. A lot of the "you got hit sups hard" stuff calls for a test to see if you get knocked out or stunned or whatever. However, it doesn't clearly explain what an enemy does in this situation. The general big rule of the game (as laid out in The Basics) is that only the heroes take tests, which doesn't really work with "the target takes a test" part of stunning slamming and killing. I'm wondering if ether the hero makes a test with their damage against the targets strength, the villain takes the average result of their strength vs the damage, or if this is simply an exception to the "only heroes roll" rule that they didn't bother noting. Or even possibly if villains are immune to that...
