I don't think so? Looking at Giglas sheet it looks like he has 4 power slots, like one would expect from a birthright character.

Something that I've been wondering about, and could probably just figure out in game, but eh. Will we be able to do physically impossible but conceptually possible things? Like lifting a building and other super hero physics things? And also I guess both physically impossible and conceptually impossible, is a question as well, although it's a pretty rare game outside of Noblis that lets one do that.
