I think the difference is like that between Batman and Iron Man.
Batman has a gadget belt (could basically be Gadgetry) but he doesn't have the sheer technological power level that Iron Man does. He is, however, one hundred percent capable of smashing your face in without them, as he is a boss dude with sweet martial arts ability.

Iron Man has a positively absurd amount of fire power with his suit, blasting things and flying and tanking incredible hits, but out of the suit he'll get wrecked in an instant.

Also, I highly doubt your stat rolls will be accepted as there is no actual proof of rolls with the site you used. So I recommend using the site linked in the Character Creation spoiler, or asking Dwarmin to do it.

If there's no proof of rolls for this type of game, I don't think it'll go through. Especially with rolls like that.

Well, I rolled them.  If I knew how to take a screenshot on my phone...

A screenshot wouldn't be accepted though, since you could just roll again and again until you get really good rolls.

Of course, I'm not the GM, so take everything I say with a grain of salt.
