It occured in a save on one of my kobold forts. It was temporary, but gave me a heart attack. It happens sometimes when I'm trying to build a building. I was attempting to made a carpenter, and the screen went like this when I pressed 'C'. It happened three times in succession each time I tried to build it.

Ask mifki. I've seen it once before, but not quite as large. Its caused by TWBT, but super rare.
