Possible Kobold bug
« on: May 15, 2016, 03:03:06 am »

Looks like bone blocks are not considered fire-safe mats. I made them from the bone chipper, but I can't build a kiln or glass furnace.

Are they economic blocks? Check your z => stones menu, look for bones, and see if they are red. If they are, set them to non-economic.

I don't see bone in that menu, other than bone meal.

You might be right. I think I changed that reaction to use the actual bones, which are not fire-proof.

The only way to get fire-proof materials is "Melt metal thingy into blocks" in the craftsbold shop. For this you need metal items, which can be armors or weapons left over from sieges or traders.
