Species Name: Zartheth (Note: Referred to by some humans as the Drei Augen, which is German for Three Eyes.)

Home World Name: Alaris

Species Physical Description: They are lanky, tall, and blue humanoids with 3 eyes and 4 fingers. Their heads are normal in proportion to the rest of their bodies, yet are still small compared to humans, or other races in the galaxy. The difference between Males and Females is that Males have mandibles, while Females have normal jaws. They reproduce the same as Mammalian species, not sure if detail must be used there. They are mainly carnivores, eating the meat of creatures on Alaris, and other imported creatures on their travels.

Home World Description: Alaris is a snowy planet, with little vegetation in sight. There are villages, and small cities, but for the most part, the Zartheth have largely left Alaris to travel the Galaxy.

Species Societal Description: The Zartheth are militaristic, yet they specialize more in espionage. They abduct other species using their spaceships, and use the abductees as Sleeper Agents, allowing a way to perform a variety of ways to complete a variety of objectives. Their leaders are a King and Queen, which are parts of an ancient bloodline. They are raised in survival before morals, so a lot of Zartheth are morally grey.

Species Cultural Description: The Zartheth are not social species, preferring trade agreements to only be made to trusted species. Despite their majority being morally bankrupt, they do not view slavery as useful for anything they cannot do themselves. They have a survival first mentality, meaning that society typically revolves around the good of the species, and wealth doesn't matter to them. A few Zartheth individuals do believe in Deities, but the majority of Zartheth are Atheist, or at least Agnostic.

Technology of the Species: They are quite advanced compared to Humans, being a Space Faring race. Their spaceships are sleek, similar to themselves, and they run on FTL engines. They do not have conventional arms for their military, mostly because their really isn't one, yet certain Zartheth have Plasma Weaponry, and the flagship Teios has a large plasma cannon, capable of detonating large areas, such as small villages in Afghanistan.

History of the Species: The Zartheth have been a Space Faring race for around 300 Earth years, having a reputation as the Anti-Social Wanderers of the Galaxy. They have survived years and years of the elements overwhelming them, and now they have many objectives, spread throughout individuals. They only want to survive, and whether that means destroying worlds from the inside, or simply reaching out to those they trust, it no longer matters to them.

Well, I'll start off with a kind of goofy idea I had -- the humans-with-an-odd backstory I mentioned earlier.
I'll edit in the specifics here later; Space Venice.

I'm very curious to see what you're planning but keep in mind, as this is an Alien Species Creation Thread, no Species can have Earth as their Home-world, because then they wouldn't be an Alien Species.

An adult body is very tall at an average of 2m50. They stand upright like a human, but sport a tail and two additional upper limbs above their shoulders.
The "normal" pair of arms ends up with four digit hands. Their hands possesses claws that are harder than steel.
Their long tails are here for balance because of their heavy upper arms.

What make the Dom'Chakas specials are their upper arms. There exist many variants of Dom'Chakas, and those are defined by the form of their upper arms.

Young Dom'Chakas all have the same upper limbs. But as they grow, Dom'Chakas can willingly choose how their upper limbs will mutate. There are currently three known standard mutations, with a fourth extremely rare one.

-The "Lancer" mutation : characterized by long and strong lance-like upper front arms, which they can use to stab their enemies to death.
-The "Crusher" mutation : characterized by heavy and bulky maul-like upper front arms, which they can use to pulverize their enemies into paste.
-The "Reaver" mutation : characterized by extremely sharp blade-like upper front arms, which they can use to slice their enemies like mere butter.

And finally, the rare "Ravager" mutation.
Ravager Dom'Chakas are nearly twice as large and tall as a normal Dom'Chakas, and have four pair of arms instead of two. They possess one pair of arms for each mutation.

Dom'Chakas bodies are insanely tough, with a skin harder than metal. As for their mutated limbs, they are stronger than weapon-grade steel, and get harder with age and battles. The muscles and nerves disposition of Dom'Chakas allows them to use each of their limbs independently, without encumbering themselves.

Furthermore, their spit becomes extremely corrosive (except for themselves) when they are excited, and fighting.

Their skin color varies depending on their environment.

Tak'Balat is a treacherous world teeming with life. A wide variety of ecosystem is characteristic of Tak'Balat, with landscape ranging from jungles, wastelands, deserts to ocean.

But for some reason, life on Tak'Balat evolved to become extremely aggressive and competitive. Even the predators lowest on the food chain of Tak'Balat could destroy a whole ecosystem of other planets.

As the a result, the Dom'Chakas have adapted to the fierce competition, combining intelligence and natural gifts.

Species Societal Description:
Dom'Chakas from Tak'Balat live in a primitive tribal society, where the chief's seat can be challenged at any time in a contest of might. For this reason, Ravager-variants are known to always become the chief when one appear, due to their insane strength compared to normal Dom'Chakas.

Dom'Chakas of the Dipnoi Empire acts as Dipnoi citizen.

Species Cultural Description:
The tribe is extremely important to them, and members of the same tribe share very strong bonds. Though despite this, a tribe won't hesitate to exile a member if it reveals itself too weak by Dom'Chakas standards.

They value strength above all else, and believe in some form of shamanism. They keep trophies of the strongest opponents they killed, be they of their own kin or a dangerous beast.

They also see shooting stars as a bad omen.

Dom'Chakas of the Dipnoi Empire greatly value friendship, honor and battle. They are valued as warriors by the Dipnoi Overlords.

Technology of the Species:
They possess a very primitive technology, not even knowing metallurgy.

They make their tools out of animal, vegetal or rocky materials. Naturally possessing immense strength, they don't bother in developing weapons.

History of the Species:
Dom'Chakas from Tak'Balat don't have a pretty interesting history. As a still primitive people, they didn't make any incredible discovery or breakthrough in any field. The only notable events of their history are the small wars between tribes, and occasional wiping out by a horde of powerful beasts.

But for the Dom'Chakas of the Dipnoi Empire, this is wholly different. Some tribes encountered the Dipnoi Overlords hundred years ago. Initial contact was met with extreme hostility, as the Dom'Chakas instantly attacked the Dipnoi Overlords.

But thanks to their advanced weaponry, the Dipnoi Overlords obliterated the Dom'Chakas. Communication attempts were made and succeeded, and the Dipnoi Overlords proposed the defeated Dom'Chakas to join their Empire and become even greater than any of their kin would be.

They accepted, tying their lives to the Dipnoi Overlords, and becoming citizen of the Dipnoi Empire...

Ichtya is a Earth-like planet with two seasons. One humid season where endless floods plague the world non-stop, and a drought season where there is no rain for the rest of the year.

One time of the year the land turns into a desert, while the other part of the year the land turn into a swamp.

Species Societal Description:
Dipnoi Overlords are united under the single and powerful Dipnoi Empire. The Dipnoi Emperor rules over all, and his word is absolute.

Species Cultural Description:
Dipnoi Overlords are a very curious and ambitious people. They will gladly accept other species in their Empire, granted they adhere to their principles.

Dipnoi Overlords believe in a mysterious sentient force permeating the Universe. They are also usually peaceful, unless provoked.

They are wisemen and philosophers.

Technology of the Species:
Dipnoi Overlord technology is extremely advanced. They have great all-around ships capable of using hyperdrive and more advanced warp drives.

Their main ship weaponry consists of laser and plasma based weapons.

They also have use plasma in their personal sized weapons, from basic plasma/laser guns/rifles to exquisite and flashy plasma swords or plasma axes.

They also hide some secret technologies, only using them in superweapons.
