Alternatively, to do with Kazane's trauma....wanting to Accelerate and become ever faster (Accelerating allows you to increase physical speed when using the Physical Full Burst) might be something that interests her.

It's not necessarily the speed she's interested in, so...I'm not so sure about that.

Kazane could help with Ruy, as sort of the loners' club thing.  Maybe she runs by his house.

I could come up with an Originator who gives Brain Burst to both Ruy and Vite if that's what they both want. The reason I'm not allowing Originators for PCs is because Originators tend to be around Level 8-9, given they've been in Brain Burst literally since the game existed.
