Create a world! (Reboot)

Hello everybody, and welcome to the next installment of create a world! The way this game works is simple, each post starts off with the next year and what happened, so for example:

Person 1: 001: Dinosaurs are created!
Person 2: 002: Dinosaurs ascend to godlike abilities!
Person 3: 003: Dinosaurs become intelligent!

That's what you do!

000: The universe is created.
