Wow. I did not know that. Handy to know. So regular clothing buffs all level out at 10?
No, it can go pretty much forever. Same with drugs, and they all stack.

Highest I remember getting was 23 intelligence...

But yeah, its better to save the bobbleheads to get to 11 because they're permanent and unique, so that's a point you'll have forever and won't get anywhere else

7/10 Has much more memorable sigs but casts them to the realm of sigtexts.

Indeed, I do this.

No kidding. OK, I'll definitely stick with that rule for my next game.

Here is the load-out that I'm looking at for my next play through. I still need to test these out with a bit of combat and mucking around before I make a new thread. If anybody has some comments or suggestions that would be cool.

I'm going back to the Difficulty and Realism Overhaul from the previous play through. Only with some extra mods to try and further do something about the bullet sponge issue, and the issue with my invulnerability against lower level guys. Finally, I'm making it ever harder by starting with less SPECIAL points, having less health per level, and having much less carry weight. And on top of that, making power armor more rare.

Picture that first play through, only I'm weaker, carrying less, up against more powerful bullets (but also shooting more powerful bullets), and gaining xp slower. It should be really hard, but very rewarding. This is the vision. Will it work? We shall see...

Just in case it isn't clear, I've started a new thread for my new minimal-dying survival playthrough. Now even harder *TM.

I won't be updating this thread here out.
