It is also less Do everything and more Slip around the laws of Physics by making a loophole that could backfire horribly.
Example1: Raiseing the dead is possible BUT the person will be Mentally made out of whoever you used to make them
Example2: Createing a portal would be simpler, because users are normally alive when they go through one and because it draws upon the Possibility they are already where it leads, it may mix up who went through it in what order, or who's who on the other hand.]

I see, thanks for the insight ! So this is a magic that tries to abuse possible loophole in reality to achieve results, without regards for the consequences. Did I understand well ?

In my mind, here is what would happen with example 2.
Chaos Mage asks "I want a Portal".
Chaos Magic thinks "Mmh. Portal. M'kay, give me a minute"
Chaos Magic fiddles like some messy nerd with existing laws, maybe trying to weld some things or cut others. And create a Portal.
Chaos Magic says "Here is ur Portal"
Chaos Mage says "Cool thks"
Chaos Mage goes through portal. GM roll.

(yep and in regards to consequences there is always the chance he becomes a part of the portal next time or comes out as a mangled ball of flesh, there is even the possibility he appears with his limbs stuck IN the atoms of the air where he's going.)
