"It's not about the quality of the gems. It's about the risk reward. We either destroy it and get a renewable supply of same quality gems or we retrieve the already harvested gems at risk of running into something that's actually a threat and gain a renewable source of same quality gems. Over time the difference in reward becomes negligible while the difference in risk remains the same."

Because trying to stuff Fate/Whatever's engrish and the title of a 17th century book on statecraft into Pokemon syntax tends to make the content incomprehensible.

Victoria Mallory Logan, who is near Kisa and also still riding Red-Eyes, pats him condescendingly.

Returning to the Spy ship, all seems to be well, your first mission went off without a hitch.

The Ship is well on it's way home once everyone is on board.

Decide how your loot will be used if at all, Guns and Body Armor can count as an equip card, or you can simply add them to an existing card for a flat cost and stat boost. if the latter is done the Equipment appears on their card portrait and is no longer a fully physical object.

Gems are trickier.

"If nobody minds, I could make use of eleven each of rifles and vests; one of each for me and each of V-...each crew member. Probably wouldn't see much use, but they'd make for a second line of defense if V-...she's ever down but not out. The gems I don't care much about; if we're going to divvy them up, turn my share in to CCTGPF at debriefing."

Unless opposed, The Commissar does just that and arms Name-Yet-To-Be-Revealed's crew and puts his own claimed equipment away for now.

((Question: when the Gemstone Caverns were recalled to their card, why did the already mined gems remain?))
