[Unnamed] Succesion Fortress Interest Check
« on: May 04, 2016, 03:35:31 am »

Hi Guys, I had an idea for a succession for some time now.
The Succession would be divided into two kinds of overseers and an adventurer. The first overseer would be only allowed to play with the underground dwarfs separated from the world by a bridge linked to a lever above ground and below ground. The second overseer would take the save and play with only overground dwarfs managing an overground tavern on the end of his/her year the fortress would be retired and given to a player that is an adventurer. The adventurer goal would be than to get to the fortress, pull the lever, get thru the traps that were set by the below ground overseer and get out with any treasures that were there and give them to the tavern. Than the next player would come back unretire the fortress and continue as an below ground overseer.
I don't know if you can pull levers in adventure mod so maybe instead a pressure plate?
So what do you think of this?

It could go as well without an adventurer but than the overground fortress would have a hard time getting armor (no digging for overground) and weapons but the adventurer would be  the person getting the armor and any valuables to let the overground fortress trade with things that are not made of wood
