Most of those are Heart.

If it is Brute Force, Luck, or Reaction to an effect being used against you, it is Heart.

If it is Trickery, Skill, Teamwork, or using an effect against others, it is Skill.

If he needed to break through the floor to escape, and decided to climb to the highest part he could before deploying the baneblade and dropping down from above to utilize it's weight, it is skill, if he is Whispering for it to give it it's all and then go even further beyond, it is heart.

I can answer more scenarioes if you like, because this is probably not encompassing it all, and there are likely exceptions.

M Matches depend on the game.

Getting hit directly deals damage.
