Description, Physical: Cina is a rather thin girl, standing about 5'11", with long brown hair and piercingly blue eyes.  Her clothes, generally modest, seem to always have a bit of cat fur somewhere on them.

Description, Behavioral: Cina is often cute and cuddly, but when angry, she has a temper.  She's rather like her choice of game-safe until something sets her off.

Phase Progression:
1. Cina plays as many cards from her hand as she wants.
2. On turn end, if she has not played a card that obviates this, she draws a card from the deck.
3. If the card drawn is an Exploding Kitten, Cina will play a Defuse if she has one.  She then chooses where to replace the card.  Anywhere in the deck is valid.

4. The opponent must play from the Exploding Kittens deck before their turn starts.

Deck(Or paraphernalia):

The deck is constructed of several types of cards.

Defuse:These cards Defuse an Exploding Kitten.  There is one Defuse card in Cina's hand to start a game.

See The Future:These cards allow Cina to see the first one, three, or five cards on the top of the deck.

Attack:These cards add 1, 2, or 3 to the number of times the opponent must draw from the Exploding Kittens deck before beginning their system's turn.

Skip:The opponent must take a turn from the Exploding Kittens deck.  They then do not get to take a turn in their system.

Favor:The opponent gives the player a card of the opponent's choice.

Steal:The opponent must give the person playing this card a card of the player's choice.

Kitten Diarrhea:This renders 1, 2, or 3 cards in the opponent's hand unusable for their next turn.

Blind:The opponent cannot see their cards for the next turn and must rely on memory to play.

!!EXPLODING KITTEN!!:This card instantly ends the game if you cannot Defuse it with a Defuse card.  There are always three or (number of players, minus one) of these in a deck.  They are replaced into the deck when defused.

Cina (or any same system player) starts with a Defuse and four cards, chosen from a deck before the Exploding Kittens are shuffled in.

Any non-system player starts with no cards.

Mill decks are pretty much built around helping people to death.

So I think for the Roulette, I'm gonna make a d10 worth of moves for each character, with one Fierce, a weapon or two, and 3 kicks and punches. And... Crud that leaves me with 1 left over. Maybe another special attack, a little weaker than the fierce. The Fierce will always be at 10, but the rest will be randomized, to allow greater chances for Double Attacks without having to roll doubles.
