Yes, the CCTG Police Force easily provides everything but Paraphenalia to it's members, which is why you could have also started with a motorcycle and translators for your monsters.

include these things in your sheet though, for posterity.

Would Blightsteel Colossus count as an instant-win card? While there's no 'you win' in its text, the 11 poison counters it deals will instantly kill a player if nothing blocks it.

I'm asking to know the limits of your ruling in case I need to build a deck later on. MtG will definitely be a backup game for me if it comes to it.

So it is just a monster that one shots whatever it hits?

For 12 Mana, in a 15 card deck, I could be convinced to allow it if nobody raises hell over it.

SERIOUSLY? AGAIN? I'm not even the most powerful fighter on the table anymore!

Yeah, but Divine Minibot can trade with Genghis. After I kill him, if I left you at your normal power level you could easily kill one of my Cogmasters.
Man! Being your only monster sucks for debuffs and I can't even get that powerful! Fully optimized I have a max attack of 3700 and it'll take forever to even get that far. I mean sure I can attack on my ally's rounds and they can attack on mine but it still sucks that a lucky draw can get them 2000 attack on the first round. It's the third turn and I have the equivalent of one 3/3 out that's also my face.
so is this a bad time to mention that the whole point of cyber dragons is bringing out monsters with 4000+ attack very quickly

Nah, that's fine.  I personally came in expecting OP stuff, but There is some backlash to the actual "I win" cards.

I'm content with the fact that I can double every player's damage output and am functionally immortal as long as I have someone to support.

I have completed DJ Hakeem's new Deathrattle Deck, so if anyone wants to critique/tell me what an awful deck builder I am either IC or OOC, now's the time.

After learning some good information in the prologue battle, I saw a fundamentally flaw in a Hearthstone deck is that Creatures/Minions take damage every time they attack or defend themselves, while in other games they do not. The solution? Deathrattles. Now instead, "My minion has died without hurting the enemy, damn," the Deck has shifted to, "My minion has died without hurting the enemy which will now fuck up their next turn, cool."

In team battles, the Deck can support either the Beatdown or the Support Role. As a Beatdown deck, the Deathrattle cards can be aided by a Support Deck until the big late game cards can come out to finish off the opponent.
As a Support, this Deck can maintain Board Control and harass the enemy with an undying stream of Creatures while the Beatdown player/deck grows powerful enough to defeat the opponent.

Important cards include:
Hunter's Mark - Very good removal spell and can serve as a support card to deal with bulkier Creatures for my partner.
Feign Death - Obvious inclusion in a Deathrattle deck.
Sap & Freezing Trap - If an opponent is too aggressive early on, these cards ruin their tempo.
Edwin VanCleef - Either a tough early/mid-game body or can be a finisher card later on.
Unearthed Raptor - A mid-game beast designed to creature exponentially more problems for opponents.
Baron Riverdare - Like a supersized version of Unearthed Raptor. Literally doubles the power of all Deathrattle Creatures.
Faceless Manipulator - The most flexible card in the deck, the great thing about it is that it can become a powerful Creature, regardless if the target creature is an opponent's or a teammates? "You played a Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon? Well now I have one too. Cool."
Shadowcaster - Easily underestimated. Effect is weird until you realize it's actually good to make additional weak Deathrattle cards.
Sylvanas Windrunner - If an opponent is not clever, they risk turning the tide of the whole Match to my team's favor.
N'Zoth, the Corruptor - Ridiculous card in this deck. It's technically not an insta-win, but it easily rivals Blightsteel Colossus and potentially is stronger than it.

If he gets Sylvanas, I want to buff Kisa's Happiness mechanic.

Because goddamnit otherwise Kisa is more or less useless without a partner or stupid amounts of luck in a fight.

You get to do that as many times as you want though, and you can attempt permanent recruitment.

You'll get some fun stuff man. trust me.

Deck looks good, add it to your sheet somewhere.

Does permanent recruitment involve literally taking the targeted card?
Because if so
well shit

Yeah, but still, Kisa's fucked beyond belief if her two Tamagotchi are defeated, opening her up to direct attack, and her Happiness mechanic is slower than the majority of the 'convert enemy creature to your side' effects.

She also can't win with the conventional 'kill 'em ded' way WITHOUT the Happiness mechanic.

Gah. ;-;
