Do Kisa's Play and Interact actions work the same way on Players as they do on Creatures? I kinda need to know this in case she goes up against someone who uses Munchkin or something similar which relies on the player being buffed rather than a separate Creature or Device like a Beyblade.

Basically, yes.

What does it not answer? Medicine brings back monsters killed via poison or magic, if used within one turn of it dying.

I was referring to the Interactions with Players question, not the medicine.

So basically, Kisa can befriend the shit out of her enemy and rob them of turns?

Assuming it works, her Tamagotchi can Interact and Play in the same way that bullying someone is playing and interacting.

It will probably be either a Skill check, or a modified heart check.
