Yes. Also, I have enabled conscription . We will be getting around 50,000 troops. With that amount, we can have an invasion of The Kingdom of Lower Ohio.

Your right. Maybe, diplomatic annexation. Make them an autonomous region, and we give them protection, while they provide us with things like taxes.
