Lillian had been responding to people the whole time. She's just very easy to drown out.

When Freyja had revealed herself, she had also kneeled. She'd never seen a noble this close before, having always been told to stay out of their way. So she just followed Elidyr's lead and assumed it applied to her as well when her could get up.

She had repeatedly said "P-P-Please stop f-fighting!" or variations when all that was going on.

And finally when offered a drink, she accepts but does not drink any just yet.

"To the east, along the Iron Coast. They're named such because of the deep deposits of iron all across the area."
